Types of Verbs

  There are several ways to categorize verbs in English. Here are some of the most common types: 1. Action Verbs: These verbs describe actions, whether physical or mental. Examples: run, jump, think, believe, eat, write 2. Linking Verbs: These verbs connect the subject of a sentence to a noun or adjective that describes or identifies the subject.
